What credit cards do you accept?

BestDirect.ca accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Do you charge taxes?

BestDirect.ca charges GST (Goods and Service Tax) to all customers in Canada, or HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) to applicable provinces.

What are your order processing times?

Orders will typically require one to two days processing, pending availability and credit verification. Please note we do not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays. To prevent delays in processing your order, please ensure your billing information (name, address, and phone number) is correct.

Item Availability

We will make every effort to keep the inventory system accurate. However, should an item be out of stock or on back order, we will notify you via email. Back order items will be shipped as soon as it is on hand.

Can I modify my order?

Please be advised that once payment has been completed on an order, we are unable to make any changes to the order. If payment has not been completed, you may contact Customer Service for changes.

Can I make a phone, fax, or in-person order?

No, BestDirect.ca is not able to process any phone, fax, or in-person orders. Only online orders are accepted at this time.

What are the shipping costs and methods for an item?

Simply add the item to your shopping cart, and select your province to check shipping rates anytime!

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from BestDirect.ca, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and any taxes that are incurred on the package.

Please note that shipments may not be redirected while in transit. If delivery fails, the package will be returned to the warehouse for redelivery. To update your shipping address, please contact customer.care@bestdirect.ca or call Customer Service at 1-877-212-9828.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail, which includes the tracking number(s) of your package(s), will be sent once your order has been shipped. Depending on the shipping method you have chosen, you can check the status of the tracking number from the courier's website.

You can also track the status of your order on BestDirect.ca by logging in to your account with your e-mail and password and selecting "Order Tracking" on the left-hand side menu.

What is your return policy?

How do I return a defective item?

Please sign into your account, and select 'Online RMA' followed by 'Create a new RMA', to begin your return application process.
